CreativeVector specializes in high-quality vector art, including illustrations, icons, patterns, and various graphic elements. Our assets are perfect for a wide range of projects, from web design to print materials.

Most of our vector assets are provided in multiple formats for your convenience, typically including:

• EPS (Encapsulated PostScript): Vector file compatible with various design software.
• JPG (Joint Photographic Experts Group): High-resolution raster image.
• AI (Adobe Illustrator): Fully editable vector file. (If requested)
• SVG (Scalable Vector Graphics): Web-friendly vector format. (If requested)
• PNG (Portable Network Graphics): High-resolution raster image with transparent background. (If requested)

Please check the product description for specific file formats included with each item.

We offer three types of licenses to cover various uses:

• Personal Use: For non-commercial projects, like personal school work, home decor, or gifts.
• Commercial Use: For small business projects, marketing materials, website design, and merchandise with limited print runs (e.g., up to 500 units).
• Extended Use: For large-scale commercial projects, unlimited merchandise print runs, mobile apps, software, and broadcast.

This depends on the license you purchase. A Personal Use license is typically for one personal project. Commercial and Extended licenses generally allow broader use, but it's crucial to check the specific terms of the license purchased to ensure compliance, especially regarding redistribution or use in templates for sale.

We currently accept payments via Paypal. You can use your PayPal account or pay with a credit/debit card through the PayPal gateway.

After successful payment, you will receive an email with the files you purchased and the license agreement you selected within 1 business day. Additionally, If you are logged in when purchasing, your purchase data will be saved in your user profile / download history section.

If you encounter any problems with your download or find an issue with a file, please contact our support team immediately with your order details and a description of the problem. We'll be happy to assist you.

We sell original artwork, not stolen or plagiarized, but we use other names on various marketplace sites, such as Rendix Alextian, Alextian Creative Artwork, Alextian Artwork, LotusRex, FightingFear, these names are aliases, but if you feel that one of the artworks may belong to someone else, you can contact us

Of course, CreativeVector isn't just focused on selling digital assets. We also offer custom design services. You can visit our designer profiles or contact us directly via our contact form.

We take your privacy very seriously, and I do not have access to view your sensitive data such as passwords, all login authentication security is safely handled by Supabase (Trusted Backend)

If you've forgotten your password, you can use the "Forgot Password" option on the login modal. An email will be sent to your registered email address with instructions to reset your password.
